We examine the accessible pool equipment and surrounding area for visible problems, unusual conditions, wear, leaks, and signs of equipment failure.
Diagnose
We evaluate the symptoms and equipment conditions to help identify the likely source of the problem.

What Happens During Our Weekly Pool Service Visit?

Before getting started, your technician looks over the pool, surrounding area, and accessible equipment for conditions that may require attention.

We skim the water, brush pool surfaces, empty pump baskets, and vacuum as needed to remove the debris and buildup that regular circulation alone can't handle.

We take water chemistry readings and make the appropriate chemical adjustments based on the pool's current condition.

Routine service includes attention to equipment such as the pump, filter, and salt system. Where applicable, we perform maintenance such as salt cell cleaning and filter maintenance.

After service, you'll receive a digital report with the work completed, water chemistry readings, photos, technician notes, and any equipment concerns we identified.

If we notice something outside normal routine maintenance, we'll document it and let you know. That gives you an opportunity to address developing issues before they become bigger problems.
